In WHACK'D you will learn the basic techniques of Thai boxing. Thai boxing is a stand-up style of martial arts that includes punches, kicks, knees, elbows, clinch, sweeps, and throws. You will burn a tremendous amount of calories without even realizing it. You will come for the workout and stay for the challenge.
