STACK'D
We offer circuits, strength training and conditioning within our core program, Stack'D
. Masterfully designed High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)..there will be highs and there will be lows; in fact, that's the very definition of a HIIT workout, which you'll find in circuit and conditioning sessions.
During our Strength sessions, you'll expect to use weights(heavy and light), barbells, resistance bands and more to target specific muscles groups.
STACK'D classes are open to all fitness levels, and modifications and challenges will be provided as needed. So grab your sneakers, your best friend, and do something today that says, "I am a BADA$$!"
