Don't let the name fool you: It doesn't matter if your student-athlete is four feet tall or six feet tall, this is the class for them.
Do they need footwork on the court, time shaved off their laps, quickness on the field, or just an extra challenge? Our speed and agility courses are designed to improve

• explosiveness and overall sports performance.
Most importantly, we play dodgeball. Ya know, for conditioning, teamwork building, and reactive training, of course!
